The worst customer service. Every single time I go and it's not very often Thank God there are 2 tellers and they are the slowest I have ever encountered.

It is ridiculous that they do not answer the phone, it is also upsetting that a card
with my account number is not issued in a cc style of card being that you need
the number for all transactions.

I went in to request a new debit card. I was very impressed with the service and the speed with which I received my card. A very nice young gentle man helped me and assured me that it would be quick. I spent maybe 5 minutes in there from the time I walked in, then out. Have been with them when they were MacDill and have never had a bad experience. Keep up the good work.

I find the service at the Largo location has been exceptional, however, I called the number for Tampa as I didn't realize I could look up the Largo branch online, which I eventually did. I spent 30 mins or more talking with and being on hold for the Tampa branch. I spoke with Malinda, who I feel wasn't helpful, asked too many security questions, repeating some of them. Last call I made I updated my phone number, which was entered wrong and I just don't appreciate the hassle, from Malinda!! I did request a number for the Largo Branch from Malinda, she gave me an 800 number claiming it was the Largo Branch then connected me to start all over again with customer service. While on hold (again) I found the Largo number, ONE call and my question was finally answered. I am considering moving my accounts to another bank, at this point!!!

Online system never works. Payments don't process correctly or not at all. Phone support just says they will notate things and the same problems each month. Don't bother dealing with them. Many better credit unions. The system is in place to try to make your payments late. Make sure you pay everything at least a month in advance so they don't have the ability to mess with your credit. Never had an issue with any other banks until dealing with Grow
